What to do?

This weekend is turning out to be absolutely gorgeous. I woke up with a crick in my neck and my left arm numb. Can’t complain much about it but it does make some tasks hard to do.

Which brings me to something that we (as gardeners) tend to forget to do. Stretch before gardening. Yes, I said it, stretch. Get those muscles warmed up and going before doing any gardening. Very important to keep safe so you can continue to garden for the rest of the year. We don’t always use the muscles and joints when gardening everyday.

We are guilty of not always stretching and moving in the morning. A strained back or shoulder is something we should avoid.

Anyway, enjoy the beautiful day.
