This week we have spent working on getting the road in. Rented a mini-excavator with hammer head to break up the rock.
Not big enough. Rented a John Deere excavator 220 with bigger hammer.
Still not big enough. Now we are going to call in the big dogs. We hired an excavation company to get the ball rolling so to speak. Largest excavator & rock hammer in the county, second biggest in the Valley. This should do it. 7500 pound hammer and the excavator is a giant. Needs a wide load permit to transfer it from each job.
